Hmm her eyes look a little bit too... harsh, and masculine? Maybe you overdid the shadow underneath her left (our right) eye.
her face kinda doesn't line up with her head and hairline, if you look the top of her head looks like she's looking eye level but the side of her face and chin etc shows she's tilting her head a bit.
Mouth also seems a weee bit crooked...
